Hi All, Hope you are well. I’m new to GravityForms and have been trying to sort out a form with autopopulation between questions or pages. I have a requirement where we need users to tell us 3 things: Country > Location > Department > Job. I’m trying to do literally the same thing as this, but as the video isn’t working, I cannot understand where i’m going wrong…

Currently, I have added the snippet, and it appears in the parent field, but I cannot get it to appear in the child form’s field, let alone get the options from the other child form to appear in the second child form.

Hi Roxy,

Thanks for this, really helpful. It’s working as expected when the user is logged into wordpress, but doesn’t work when logged out. Can you guess, is this something to do with the snippet, or is it something deeper to do with the way Gravity Forms works?
