Requesting the Poll Add-on improve the time options either to allow input of a specific time of day or at the very least that the cookie limit can be released based on the end of calendar points such as end of day, end of week, end of month.
There are many instances where limiting poll voting would like want to be released at midnight (end of day) rather than a 24 hour period from the time of the vote.
