Our forms - more often than not - cannot be succesfully submitted on mobile devices on a first attempt.
The only pattern we found so far is that it could be related to our conditional logic and mobile devices.
We use a data privacy consent check box prior submission - and even if it is checked and the form submitted - an error message appears “please enter a valid value” (That is my translation, we use it in German)
If users check and submit the form again, it then works always. So it always works on the second time although the entered data is the same as in the first attempt.
We have a major bounce rate in our lead campaign because of this.
We disabled all our gravity forms add-ons and the error still occured so we can exlude add-ons for a conflict.
Any ideas how to fix this? Or what to check and test?
