I set up Gravity Forms PayPal add-on (PayPal Checkout). Everything works great in sandbox, but I cannot connect to PayPal live. When I click on “live”, a popup window asks me to sign into PayPal–I sign in – but the popup window doesn’t close and, back in Gravity Forms plugin, the checkmark is still on “sandbox”. What’s going on?
I am not sure how long support will take to get back, so am asking for help here.
