I’m looking at using Participants Database to build a database of users.
New users will register and embark on physical training and mental well-being courses. Their progress will be monitored throughout the program using different forms at various stages to capture data.
There will be a number of forms:
- Referral/Registration
- Follow up Survey
- Impact Form
- Staff Report
The data captured from each form will be specific to each user, so it will need to populate each users record somehow. This will enable staff to monitor the progress of each individual user.
My question is can Gravity Forms be integrated with Participants Database to achieve this?
