Novice To Gravity Forms

Hi all, hope everyone is well. I just purchased gravity forms for $59 and I am super lost. I demo’d the program and liked how I was able to create multi-step forms. I purchased gravity forms only to realize that there is no " gravity forms platform" like the one I demo’d on.
I now understand that I need to have an wordpress account in order to use gravity forms.

Question: I already have an website that’s currently hosted by a third party, did I just waste $59?

My goal was to build an insurance multi-step lead capturing form, I was hoping to upload this form to my website.

I am sorry if I don’t make sense but I was under the impression that gravity forms was a platform that creates forms on its own.

First time I deal with something like this.

Thanks for your help!

Hey Peter,

You’re right, Gravity Forms will need to be installed on your website in order to build forms with it. It’s not a hosted solution like Google Forms, for example. Additionally, Gravity Forms only works with WordPress websites. If your site is built with WordPress, you can install the plugin on your site, then build your forms just like you did with the demo site.

If your site is not built with WordPress, unfortunately, it’s probably not the right solution for you. But you can request a refund from within your Gravity Forms account within the first 30 days of your purchase: Obtaining a Refund for Your License - Gravity Forms Documentation

Hope that helps! And if you have any other questions let me know.
