Non receipt of visitor inquiries to email

We are not getting the visitor inquiries to our admin email. We are using Mailchimp for email notifications. When we have contacted Mailchimp - their Tech Support team advised to reach out to Gravity forms to fix the issue - “API documentation doesn’t route the contacts to the new audience”. Request help from the Experts

Could you please try disconnecting and reconnecting MailChimp, and let me know here if that helps? I believe it should resolve the issue.

Hi: Thanks for the suggestions. We have done with uninstall and reinstall of Mailchimp and it has not given any solution. The key issue is - there is no API calls from Gravity forms to Mailchimp.
