Hello Gravity Forms Support Team,
we are using Gravity Forms together with the Mailchimp add-on and are currently experiencing an issue where no data is being sent to Mailchimp.
Mailchimp Technical Support has confirmed via their internal API monitoring that no API requests from our website are reaching Mailchimp at all. This indicates that the issue occurs on the integration side (Gravity Forms / Mailchimp add-on), not on Mailchimp’s end.
Current status:

Form submissions work correctly and entries are created in Gravity Forms

Mailchimp feed is active and assigned to the correct audience

Conditional logic is disabled

All required Mailchimp fields (including Subject) are mapped and populated

Double opt-in is disabled

Tests were done via real form submissions (form preview)
Despite this, Mailchimp does not receive any request.
Could you please advise how we can debug or fix this issue, or let us know if there are known problems with the Mailchimp add-on (e.g. API calls not being triggered, server-side errors, or compatibility issues)?
