New users not being created after making Paypal payment

For the last couple of weeks I’ve had an issue where users are completing the form and successfully paying by Paypal, but the user is not being created.

I can see the payments in the GF entries section and the entry shows as active. The validation used on the user registration form is: payment_method = Paypal Annual Subscription.

Looking at the user registration logs it looks as though this validation check is failing:

DEBUG → GFFeedAddOn::pre_process_feeds(): 0 feeds for form #1 after filters.

Any help or advice appreciated!
