New quiz fields not showing in preview or live site

I have added some quiz questions to a form that already had some quiz questions. The new questions show up fine in the form builder, the posible quiz score reflects the new questions (in gravity view), but the questions don’t show up in preview, the live site, or gravity view.

I have flushed the site cache and the browser cache. The problem persists.

I have deactivated all plugins and the theme (BuddyBoss). The problem persists.

Has anyone got any ideas?

And now, some of the conditional logic seems to be failing. Not sure this is a change from the last post; more likely an issue I hadn’t noticed when I posted the last part of the problem.
