The latest update (installed Monday morning) included a heck of a lot of new spacing/padding in the notification emails. It has broken every tool we use to process the form entries.
Is there a way to permanently roll back the formatting to what it was a week ago without breaking the plugin?

I don’t think there is a way to roll back the formatting without rolling back the entire plugin, so I’d like to suggest another solution that will actually give you permanent control over the formatting of the {all_fields} merge tag.
That is the free All Fields Template. It needs a little bit of setup, but the docs give a pre-made template that could fix your issue.
