Hello,
we wanted to try out different settings in the confirmation message and the notification emails. Unfortunately, the deactivation of the auto-formatting worked properly only the first time, but not in all later attempts.
More specifically, content that is not part of the {all_fields} placeholder responds to the auto-formatting on and off, but the placeholder itself does not. We need the look of {all_fields} without auto-formatting.
What can we do? We ask for quick help.
