The project is an emergency medical card and my previous developer got ill and pulled out of the project. It’s a complex PDF but he has most of the text work finished. He hadn’t started on the background which involves dynamic highlighting on some sections, right now it uses a static image as the background. There are a few other issues that I will discuss when an NDA has been signed.
