I have a client who’s lead forms have an important Multi-Select field. It seems to be working fine on the front end; however, when the data comes to us via email and on the site backend, the multi-select answers aren’t showing.
The client is trying to get this data to push to Freshsales as well, and it’s not working.
Any suggestions?

One of my demos uses that field - you can test it for yourself - it does correctly display the multiple choses inputs as expected…
The “Notification” for that form is set to just display {all_fields}
How is your’s configured ?
Also, FWIW, my GF version is 2.4.9
