Multi Part form stopped working

Hi
I set up a multi part form using radio buttons as a simple wizard but it has stopped working.
When the radio button in the first section. is clicked, the heading/breadcrumbs change but the “next” button does not show. If I change selection to the last option in the radio buttons the “next” button then shows.
In the second section, no amount of radio button selection reveals the “next” button.
It’s frustration as this all worked perfectly before.
