Merge Tags for List Field

I am building a custom notification, and need to style the results of a List field. What are the Merge Tags that I would use? My form is on a protect site so I can’t share the live view, but here is a screenshot:

And here is the display from the default notification, which I’m trying to emulate in my custom notification:

In this case, the “parent” merge tag is:
{Camp Dates/Times:30}

How do I target the individual columns? Extra credit: how do I target a additional rows?
