I’m using the mailchimp add-on. I had it working well with a mailchimp account.
I wanted to changed the mailchimp account to a new one. I updated the add-on to use the Connecting to Mailchimp button instead of the API Key. I connected the new account and then editted the form mailchimp feeds to set the new audience.
But it’s not working. In entries notes I’ve got the message: Mailchimp Feed 1: No fue posible añadir/actualizar al suscriptor: Resource Not Found
I read this: Troubleshooting Mailchimp errors - Gravity Forms Documentation
I activated the loggin for Gravity Forms Mailchimp Add-On and in the logs I just see the same message and it says nothing to me.
I did a test with an email address which is already in the mailchimp audience and in the logs when is checking if the email is already in the audience it prints that it’s not, so I guess the add-on is not connecting right with the mailchimp account.
In the Mailchimp web → Integrations → Manage → Authorized applications, it says “[Gravity Forms Mailchimp Connector” is authorized.
