MailChimp form integration - check box vs radio button? [RESOLVED]

Hi! I have a form on a site (https://mawocc.com/become-a-member-of-mawocc/). The form is writing perfectly to MailChimp, but the Race/Ethnicity field is not writing. It’s not throwing an error, though.

The Race/Ethnicity field is a check box, not a radio button. Might this be why I am experiencing the issue?

Hi Loren. You can enable Gravity Forms logging and for the Mailchimp Add-On specifically:

Then test the form and refer to the Mailchimp log to see what the problem is with the Race/Ethnicity field. Let us know if you need help interpreting the log. Thank you.

Hi Chris! The issue was that the field was a checkbox, not a radio button. I changed it to be a radio button and it functions as intended now. Thank you!
