“Could not instantiate mail function.” Checked php file and it is good. Emails going to admin but not to person who filled out the form.

The “Could not instantiate mail function” error means that your hosting has disabled the Mail function, which should be enabled to send an email. Please get in touch with their support to ensure that the mail function is enabled. Thank you.

The error “Could not instantiate mail function” is a server-level issue. If it has only happened one time, there may have been some connection issue. If it has happened more than once, I recommend using a different provider to send your email.
