I am trying to add a link to my form to allow users to see what the product options are. I have uploaded the files to the media section on my WP site, but can’t figure out how to just put the link into the form.

If I’m understanding, you should add an HTML field wherever on the form you want this, at the top or above the appropriate field where they make the choice. Just include the link there.
I have also done it where I used PopupMaker, then added a “LEARN MORE” link or a “?” icon by a field using a function so when you click it the info showed up in a pop-up, kind of like a tooltip.
