Hi without using something like GravityPerks is there a way to have a form with multiple products that are a 1 off once its sold its gone/unavailable to anyone else

We do have a free snippet that could work for you. It’s not as robust nor as user-friendly as GP Inventory, but it should be able to accomplish what you’re looking for.
