IP tracking not being shown on HubSpot

We migrated our website from HubSpot to WordPress on December 8th, and since then, all our conversions have had the exact same IP address. We already installed the HubSpot pixel from GTM, and did the WordPress instalation and still have the same problem.
When you go to the submission details on HubSpot, it says, “This custom form submission didn’t include an IP address. This could affect your form analytics.” How can I fix this?
