The form I have uploads several files. It generates the publicly available download url, gf-download . If I were to put that submission entry into trash, would those links still be publicly available? I put a couple of entries into trash, but the links are still accessible when I put the link into a different browser. The site I have uses Cloudflare. I can’t clear the cache to test it as I don’t have access to that. Not sure if there are any other delayed gravity process that need to happen. I understand that file still exist on the server. However, I am more concerned with invalidating that url in the emails. I wanted to try connecting that with the trash status.
The link doesn’t include the entry ID, so it will continue to function until the file is deleted, which will happen when the trash is emptied or the entry is permanently deleted.
Thank you! I know, you have retention policy configuration, to delete the form entries or put it into trash. Is there a way to delete the files of the uploads after a set time, but not remove the form entry?
