I’m trying to clean up the gf upload directories - lots of files still there that are not needed. But when I trash an entry with an upload, and then empty the trash - the files remain. This is quite a large problem. I saw a number of posts about this, but nothing definative except a potential hacky approach. I’m afraid to turn on the automatically trash/delete function cause if it does not work, then I have dangling files that I can’t referece cause the entries are gone, but the files remain.
