I have a customer that is interested in using gravity forms on their website. The question is there a way to have certain fields in a form sent via secure email, but not stored in a local database. We don’t want any sensitive information stored on a database somewhere, but we would want that sent to us another way, encrypted over secure email (or another recommended way if possible).
Hi Joseph. The entry will need to store the data initially so that a notification can be sent. But you can delete some or all of that entry after submission if you like. Here are some approaches:
