I’m trying to add the user capability of gravityforms_create_form but WP is returning an error stating " Incorrect capability name.". I’m getting the capability name from the Role Management Page but not sure if the page has the latest updates for the capabilities names.
It looks like the role management plugin you are using has included a Gravity Forms tab. Have you checked that tab to see which capabilities it supports managing?
