I have used the Icontact add-on plugin on multiple sites over the years with no problem. Now, all of a sudden, I can’t get the submission data submitted through the website to carry over to icontact. Everything is synced up correctly…I have the correct lists chosen/selected…there are checkmarks where there are supposed to be in the settings. But for some reason, when a user submits the form to be added to the newsletter, it goes nowhere with Icontact. This has happened with 2 different accounts and 2 different websites over the last month. This is making me wonder if I need to check my other websites to make sure everything is still syncing up. Just not sure where to even go with this…
