Dear all, we try to create an enquiry form where guests can book appointments with specific programs (like 3 days detox program). the form has several steps. on the last page, the form should show wich program the user chose during the first step. how to display that value?
And second question: we want the guests to be able to book additional days and show them as a result. do we need an additional plugin for that? Here’s a screenshot on how we plan to do it.

Hi,
You can use our GP Preview Submissions Perk to display a preview of the form field value on the last page of the form.
In regard to your second requirement, I think our populate date snippet will work for you here. It should allow you to populate a date or text field with the program end date based on the number of days the user selects. Here’s documentation on how to use the snippet with more details on how it works.
