How to save field values when using multi page forms?

Currently, i am using multi page form where I have custom-coded (Used HTML standard field and Some CSS) all the form pages. While testing, I select an option and click on the next button but when I click on the previous button, the option is not selected, which means my answers are not saved

Can you please tell me what code/filter should I write to make sure after clicking on the next button the answer is saved?

Are you saying you’ve placed custom fields within an HTML field in the form editor? If so, Gravity Forms is not going to support that kind of setup.
