I have a personality test with 44 questions with 1-5 options values. I need to sum up each 7 questions and show the result upon submission. can anyone help me?

for calculations، you can use “Number” fields by check the “calculation” in their setting page. there is more detail in here: number field
for show the results upon submission, I recommend the “gravity View” which is and addon for gravity form.

I did it as you said and its great.
Now I have a nother questionnaire in which I give the user 2 answers in each question, and he need to choose one. Then I need to count how many times he answered certain question.
Do you know How it can be done ?
