How to display uploaded filename instead of full path?

When sending an ‘{all_fields}’ mail message, an uploaded photo is displayed as:

‘MyUploadedPhoto.jpg’

However, when sending a mail message where the actual upload field is listed, for instance
'{Uploaded photo:78}, the same photo is shown as:

‘https://www.xxxxx.yyl/system/index.php?gf-download=2023%2F07%2FMyUploadedPhotto&form-id=21&field-id=62&hash=3d7a4a2aee752d0e9ce2d1d997118d905fefaeb28afc0801c57f4f8f32b55d3f’

How can I limit that to also only show the filename '‘MyUploadedPhoto.jpg’ ?
