How to add information from data layer into form submission?

Hi,

I use the plugin Google Tag Manager for WordPress which pushes additional information to Google Tag Manager’s data layer. Some of this information would be nice to have included in Gravity Forms as either a hidden field or pre-populated fields. What would be the best way to pull a data layer’s value and have it in Gravity Forms?
