I had an event tonight and took orders from about 60 people through my website/Gravityforms. After returning, I noticed my Stripe balance did not increase as expected. Upon further examination, I checked my GravityForms and see this error on every person who ordered:
“Payment failed to be captured. Reason: Cannot get payment intent.”
Does this mean none of the payments went through and my customers were not charged? Any ideas on how to fix this, and what I should do for the orders that did not go through?
