Gravity SMTP error: Invalid license key entered. Please check your license key and try again

I have Gravity SMTP installed on a site for a month now… suddenly I’m unable to validate the license, getting this error: “Invalid license key entered. Please check your license key and try again.”

I checked and my account is active and not up for renewal.

I’ve cleared/disabled caching, still can’t validate the license.

I can’t post a ticket for some reason… tried Chrome and FF. No adblockers running.

I can post a ticket for Gravity Forms, but there’s no way to post a ticket for Gravity SMTP.

Troubleshooting and Other Tech assistance needed are broken and won’t trigger CL for the other fields.

Thanks for reporting the issue with those last two choices in the SMTP support form, it has been fixed.
