Gravity Forms PayPal Commerce Platform Add-On Causing Required Fields Issue

When I have the Gravity Forms PayPal Commerce Platform Add-On active, it seems to remove the required status of my other fields. When I remove the PayPal add-on, all of the required fields work again.

I have tried switching to the default WordPress theme, and it is doing the same thing.

Any help would be appreciated.
