Hello, on my Page the Buttons of the Gravity Forms Contact Form only work on 2 of 4 Pages. The Pasted Shortcode is the Same and the Form is the Same. However they just do not React on 2 of 4 Pages. What could be the Issue Here ? If i try to check them on Dev Tools they dont appear as a at all. They do on the 2 working Pages.
Anyone had this Issue before ?
Thanks alot for help.
If you try the form using the Preview button in the top right of the form editor screen, is it working fine? If so, the issue would be caused by something else in your site front-end.
If you’re using any page builder I would recommend you to start the troubleshooting by creating a test page to embed the form using the WordPress default editor instead of your page builder: Testing for a Theme/Plugin Conflict using the Health Check & Troubleshooting Plugin - Gravity Forms Documentation
If that doesn’t help, use the test page created to perform a full conflict test following the instructions here: Testing for a Theme/Plugin Conflict using the Health Check & Troubleshooting Plugin - Gravity Forms Documentation
It will allow you to perform the testing easily without affecting your visitors or doing permanent changes to the site. Note that for a valid conflict test, as the documentation explains, the first try must be done with only Gravity Forms enabled, all other plugins disabled, and using a default WordPress theme without custom code (e.g. Twenty Twenty-One).
first thanks for the answer. I Troubleshooted when the Problem first occured → The Problem must be the Them (Im using Divi from Elegant Themes) but the weird thing is that it only occurs on 2 from 4 Pages. So somehow the theme must be compatible but somehow not.
In that case I would recommend you to reach Divi support, Gravity Forms doesn’t provide any built-in integration or support for Divi.
