We’ve had plug in conflicts and it seems to direct to Gravity Form. Our site is working ok, except we are unable to activate the Gravity Form plug in. Says it can’t activate due to a fatal error.
I have contacted support but tbh I wondered if there are gurus around here who could fix it rather than waiting for support. Many thanks
Try this for troubleshooting: deactivate all the plugins on your site (yes ALL). Then activate Gravity Forms – it should activate. Then one by one turn the other plugins on until you find the one that causes the fatal error.
If you for some reason can’t turn off all your plugins you can use the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin to turn off plugins and do troubleshooting only for the login administrator, while the front end of the website still functions the same for site visitors.
