Gform works fine when logged into WP admin but wont work for logged out users (almost everyone). The form displays and fields can be filled but calculations dont work and the captcha checkbox not available.
When a form works for logged-in users but not users who are not logged in, the issue is almost always due to caching. Admin and logged-in visits are typically not cached (it depends on your caching solution), and the form works. Visits from anyone else are cached and that causes the problem.
Please clear the cache and disable caching, then test the form as a non-logged in user.
