Getting error message when trying to connect Help Scout

I am trying to set up help scout with the Gravity Form add-on and when I try to connect to Help Scout through the settings page, I am getting two errors that pop up saying "Could not authenticate with MailChimp.

How can I get this to work? Any help would be appreciated.
