Form Views stopped counting

Greetings,
I’d like to figure out why the views of my forms stopped beeing counted.

I have 118 forms and to all of them it seems that the views are not working.

WP: 4.9.25
Gravity Forms: 2.3.3

By any chance do I need a total update to the whole site in order to fix this, or the problem is elsewhere?

Notice though that my forms at least when they stopped counting views have numbers of views like this 2556749

Hi Christos,

If that’s correct then you’re using very outdated version of WordPress and Gravity Forms. The recent version of WordPress is v6.5.4 and Gravity Forms is v2.8.12. It’s time to upgrade both to the latest version to get all functionality work.
