Hey, I have integrated to send submission notification to phone text by adding number@messaging.sprintpcs.com in the email field along with my email address. The notifications on my email are coming up fine but on mobile, they come up as an HTML file. I want it to be laid out submission info via text instead of HTML file. I have tried several methods to accomplish this but couldn’t figure out the solution. I am attaching a screenshot of how it is coming up in text message

You can change from HTML to plain text, which will work better on a mobile device. Let us know if you have any other questions.
