Form submission confirmation is going to google.com

Some of our forms once fulled out and submitted are directing to google.com by default instead of going to confirmation types we select.
I’ve set the confirmation to each option : Text confirmation , Page confirmation , re direct. and no matter what its directing to google.com . very frustrating .

Any help greatly appreciated
