Looks like all form submissions that come from forms being filled out on phones are going straight to the “Entries” trash. No problem with entries from desktop computers. Anybody else have that issue - or even thought to check on it? It’s like a black hole.

Enable Gravity Forms logging and submit from a phone before copying your system report, then be sure to include the system report in your support ticket:
