Form is not being submitted

Hi, when submitting a form, the ‘wheel’ keeps turning and the form is not being submitted.

I installed WP Mail SMTP which goes via SendLayer. The testemail from the installation went well.

Because it is an older form, i created a new one (standard template) but this has the same behaviour.

If i check the system report, i got one red cross:

Background tasks No cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 2000 milliseconds with 0 bytes received

All help is appreciated!

Best, Jos

The cURL error can impact add-on feed processing, which occurs in the background, but it doesn’t usually impact form submission completion. The following article includes advice for resolving it: cURL error 28 in WordPress – Samuel Aguilera

The most common cause of the submission stalling with the spinner active is a theme or plugin conflict.

Have you tried running through a complete conflict test using the steps outlined on this documentation page: Testing for a Theme/Plugin Conflict?
