I am trying to build a plugin to connect GF to a CRM with a developer who is telling me that when a form is submitted by gravity forms the forms are submitted via a numbering system 1,2,3 for each field. We are hoping there is a way to change that so the form submission will be “name, email, phone, etc.”? Any thoughts would be appreciated!
Hi Andy. The data is stored in the WordPress database by Gravity Forms using field IDs, not field names or keys as you showed here. There is probably a way to do what you need, but we don’t have enough information to give you any specific advice. We can see where Gravity Forms can help if you can elaborate on your requirements.
