I have created a custom confirmation message and it is ‘active’ in the form settings but the default confirmation appears once the form is submitted. We do use Beaver Builder, however, I created a test page and embedded the form not using beaver builder and it still uses the default. How do I fix this? If you want everyone to see what you have as the text in the Nomination Confirmation, edit the Default Confirmation rather than adding an additional confirmation. Delete Nomination Confirmation, and edit Default Confirmation.
Thankyou, this wont affect the default confirmation which is used on other forms?
That Default confirmation will apply only to this form.
