I am currently encountering an issue on Confirmation page the message is not correct it is still displaying the default message “Thanks for contacting us! We will get in touch with you shortly”. I tried excluding the page on WP Rocket plugin, but that doesn’t help me. Let me know what data should I provide to resolve this issue ASAP. Thank you!
Are you sure the conditional logic rules on your new confirmation are being met?
When new confirmations have been created, the default is used as the fallback for when their conditional logic rules aren’t met.
If you don’t need to use conditional logic to determine which confirmation is used, you should delete your new confirmation and edit the default instead. The default is form-specific, so your changes won’t impact other forms.
I only have 1 confirmation for my Form which is the Default Confirmation. I just updated the Content so it should display the message that I added there. Weird is, When I refresh the page and submit the form for the first time, it will display the Custom confirmation Content and when I do the 2nd test it will display the Plugin default confirmation content.
If you mark the entry as not spam in the entries area of the form, that will notify Akismet about the false positive, so similar submissions in the future will be less likely to be marked as spam.
