Fields don't allow to type

Hi,

Our visitors are starting to complain, that they can’t enter field date, their name or, something else. It’s seems to be random in different browsers, but when they use chrome they don’t have this issue.

Dropdown items they can select, but in text fields they can’t select nor can they can type.

Is this a known issue?

Hi Chris,

I already opened a support ticket. We lost count of users that are having this issue.

Although when I test it it in IE edge, firefox, opera, chrome I can type normal. But today a new user came with the same issue :s
