Field entry not updating on Form Entries Edit

Hi I have an issue, when I update a field in the form entry edit, it stays blank. Only going around this is to use inline edit from GravityView. This happens about to 3 to 6 entries a day.

Do you know what can cause this?

Hi Jerry. I have not heard of that problem before. If this is when editing the entry using the built in Gravity Forms entry edit function, I recommend opening a support ticket:
