Is the problem that when someone submits a form the FB pixel isn’t firing?
I had this problem a few years ago and unless something changed, found that it wouldn’t fire unless I set up a “Thank you” page, put the pixel on there, and set up a confirmation to go to the Thank You page. It needed to go to a new page. Just having an on-page text confirmation wasn’t enough to do it no matter where I put their code.
